Good to know
Do we have to maintain the map ourselves?
No. On the Managed plan our team makes every change for you. On Self-managed, your team uses Studio, with training and support from us.
Do I need GIS experience to use Studio?
No. Studio is built for facilities, marketing and operations teams. The GIS is underneath; you work with floors, rooms and doors.
Can our agency or partner maintain the map for us?
Yes. Invite them as editors with access limited to the venues they manage, and keep approval rights for yourself.
What happens when the building changes?
Edit the affected rooms on a draft, review and publish. Every connected screen updates within a minute.
