Generic demos only go so far. Tell us about your venue and we’ll show you how Mapfloors would map it, guide visitors through it and help you run it.

    Tell us about the venue

    Buildings, floors, the systems you use and what visitors or staff need to do.

  2. 02

    Send a floor plan, if you have one

    Any format works: CAD, PDF, a photo of the evacuation plan. We’ll show it to you as a working map.

  3. 03

    A 30-minute demo on your building

    Followed by a written quote and a timeline for building your first map.

What to expect

What happens after the demo?

If it’s a fit, we agree scope and price, then our mapping team builds your first map. You review it with your stakeholders before anything goes live.

Do we need to maintain the map ourselves?

Only if you want to. Choose Managed and we keep the map current for you, or Self-managed and we train your team to do it in Studio.

We don’t have usable drawings. Is that a problem?

No. We can work from photos of evacuation plans, old PDFs or BIM models, or scan the building on site.
