We build the map. You choose who runs it.

Every engagement starts the same way: our mapping team turns your drawings into a routable map. After launch, we keep it current for you, or your team takes the wheel.

Self-managed

For teams with someone who can own the map day to day.

We build your first map and train your team. After launch, you make changes in Studio and publish them yourself, with our support when you need it.

  • Initial map built by our mapping team
  • Training for your editors before launch
  • Your team edits and publishes in Studio
  • Changes go live the moment you publish
  • Support during business hours

01How pricing works

Three parts, one written quote

Pricing follows your buildings, not seats or map views. After the demo you get a quote that covers all three parts.

  1. 1

    Onboarding

A one-off fee for building your first map, based on the number of buildings, floors and the state of the drawings.

  2. 2

    Subscription

An annual fee per building, based on floor area and how many screens and integrations you need.

  3. 3

    Your choice of service

Managed adds ongoing map changes, accuracy reviews and priority support on top of the platform.

03Questions

Pricing FAQ

How is pricing calculated?

Per building, based on floor area and how many screens and integrations you need. Building your first map is a one-off onboarding fee, and the platform is an annual subscription. You get a written quote after the demo.

Can we switch between Managed and Self-managed?

Yes, at renewal or whenever your team changes. Both plans run on the same platform, so switching is a contract change, not a migration.

What do you need from us to build the map?

Whatever drawings you have: CAD, BIM models, PDFs, even photos of evacuation plans. If nothing usable exists, we scan the building on site.

How long does the first map take?

It depends on the number of buildings and the state of the drawings. We give you a timeline during the demo, before you commit to anything.

Can we export our data and leave?

Yes, on either plan. Export IMDF, GeoJSON, GeoPackage or Shapefile at any time. The map we build for you is yours.

Can a partner manage the map for us?

Yes. Certified services partners can build and maintain venues for their clients, using the same tools our own mapping team uses.
