When drawings are missing or no longer match the building, our team or a certified partner captures the space with LiDAR and 360° cameras. Already have Matterport, NavVis or E57 scans? We’ll build from those. Self-managed teams can rescan a room with a phone.

LiDAR scanning on iPhone and iPad Pro, and camera-based capture on Android, in the same app.

Point cloud import
Upload E57, LAS, PLY or exports from Matterport and NavVis. Walls, doors and stairs are extracted automatically.

360° imagery
Attach panoramas to rooms and routes so visitors can see the entrance before they arrive.

Rescan to update
Rescan one room after a refit and Mapfloors merges it into the existing floor.

Privacy built in
Faces and screens are blurred automatically before imagery is published.

Survey-grade alignment
Scans snap to the georeferenced building, so they line up with CAD and outdoor data.
Drawings go stale. Scans show what is there.
Most buildings have been altered since their last drawing set. Capture lets facilities teams map the current state, then keep it current one room at a time.
